It is nice if the GE PYE22PYNFS had Precise Fill it's an option in a handful of other GE refrigerators that allows you to choose how many cups of water you'd like to disperse simultaneously. The fridge displays a countdown to show you how much water remains, but it's not as effective as Precise fill.

You'll also find a full width deli drawer and an internal water dispenser.
One of the nice aspects of this refrigerator is that the ice maker is in the freezer, making it easy to transfer the ice to the refrigerator to be used when it is needed. The freezer also has thoughtful design features, such as sliding drawers that help you organize your items. It comes with a large bin for storing frozen food and a separate one for ice.
Another awesome feature of this refrigerator is its Smart InstaView panel. It allows you to control the fridge's temperature and lighting using your smartphone. It's a nice way to control and monitor your refrigerator, especially if you're away from home.
But while the Smart InstaView is a neat feature, it doesn't enhance the overall performance of the refrigerator. The refrigerator took longer to chill food and defrost it than the other fridges we test. This is likely due to its larger capacity.
The doors are another problem with this fridge. The handles that are sunken let shorter people open them from the bottom. However taller people will struggle to close them without slamming. It would have been better if they came with a front-mounted handles.
The LG Counter-Depth MAX is a excellent choice for those who want to combine the benefits of a French-door fridge's aesthetics with an efficient layout. Its capacity is superior for a counter-depth model, and it cools evenly and has a good layout. It's also a little cheaper than the best counter-depth refrigerators that have an ice maker, which helps make it a desirable choice.
Frigidaire Counter Depth French Door Refrigerator
